Technical Recruiter (Full-time, Arlington, VA)
- Must have 2-5 years of experience as a technical recruiter with extensive experience and knowledge of DoD clearances, OFCCP rules and regulations, and government contracting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats and knowledge of sourcing/database mining techniques, including social media
